Zreta maintains operational backups for the marketing and billing platform. This page summarizes what we publish — it is not a substitute for a signed DR schedule in an enterprise contract.
What we do
- Database and application backup procedures are documented for operators (see internal backup runbooks).
- Production deployments use PostgreSQL, Redis, TLS, and restricted server access.
- Payment webhook processing verifies signatures before trusted persistence.
What we do not claim here
- Specific RPO/RTO percentages unless stated in a signed agreement.
- Uptime charts without supporting telemetry (see status).
- Disaster recovery ownership for ChurchHub or CoreTrust application data — those products own their own continuity plans.
